During last night’s Russian attack on Kyiv, St. Sophia Cathedral — a national and UNESCO-listed sacred site — was damaged.
The cornice of the main apse was hit.

Explosions, fires, and destruction across nearly all city districts.
Residential buildings, warehouses, even pharmacies hit.
Two civilians injured.
Russia calls it strategy. We call it terrorism.
Trump’s pushing the Senate to ease sanctions on Russia.
He says it’s about diplomacy — but let’s be honest, it’s giving bromanс energy.
Nothing says “strategic vision” like rewarding a war criminal for mass drone strikes.
Russia hit Ukraine last night with 407 drones and 44 missiles — a new record.
Meanwhile, Trump says he had a “great talk” with Putin.

One boy has chest injuries, the other suffered wounds to his leg and arm.
Both have blast and brain trauma.
This is not a military operation. It’s deliberate cruelty against the most vulnerable.
The UN confirms it: Russia’s drone “hunts” in Kherson were systematic, targeted civilians, and qualify as crimes against humanity.
They dropped explosives on people walking dogs, riding bikes, or waiting for ambulances.
This is not war. This is state-engineered terror.

I live near Kyiv. I know what it’s like to fall asleep knowing a massive country next door fanatically wants you dead. But tonight, I’m alive. Others aren’t. Three children in Zhytomyr didn’t survive. So this post isn’t about my fear — it’s about their silence.
Three children — aged 8, 12, and 17 — killed in a Russian strike on Zhytomyr region. 12 more injured. Homes destroyed, people trapped under rubble. Another quiet night turned into horror. And still, some ask Ukraine to “be flexible” at the table.
May 24–25: Russia hit Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Pavlohrad & more with missiles and drones. 8+ hours of air alerts. Civilian homes destroyed — again. No one knows what these idiots were aiming at, but they keep striking homes. Empowered by U.S. signals, Russia sends terror.
One of the most massive combined attacks on Kyiv. Russia launched drones and ballistic missiles. Multiple districts hit. Homes burned. At least 15 civilians injured. This isn’t “pressure” for peace talks — it’s terror, upgraded and calculated.
May 17–18: Russia launched the large drone attack of — 273 drones in one night. A woman killed, 3 injured near Kyiv. A day earlier, a Russian drone struck a civilian bus in Bilopillia, killing 9. These are not “mistakes.” This is the strategy.
This week, Russia hit civilians:
– Kyiv (13 dead, 90+ injured)
– Kharkiv (102 injured)
– Bilopillia (9 killed, 7 injured in evac bus)
– Dnipro (14 injured)
– Odesa (civilian sites struck)
At the Istanbul talks, Russia’s “peace plan” includes:
– Ukraine giving up NATO,
– dropping reparations,
– surrendering Crimea & 4 regions (some not even fully occupied),
– and protecting “Russian speakers.”
Sounds less like peace, more like a reward for invasion.
Ukrainian journalist Olga Rudenko was invited to speak at Oslo Freedom Forum — then warned it would be “a disgrace” if she criticized the pro-Russian speaker lineup. Russians get dinners. Ukrainians get lectures on being “too emotional.”
Freedom — but only for the agreeable.
Russia “postponed” peace talks — blaming Ukraine for “contradictory statements.” Meanwhile, Kyiv points to Moscow’s daily missile strikes as a more honest reflection of its attitude toward peace. It is hard to negotiate peace with someone who brings drones to the table.
Russia wants a "truce" — by storming Malynivka, torching Nova Poltavka, and bombing logistics hubs near Kostyantynivka. Their ceasefire plan seems to include drones, missiles, and occupation. We’re holding — but let’s not pretend this is diplomacy.
May 8. Russia talks “truce” — while bombing Ukraine across the entire frontline. Shahed drones rain down on cities. Their idea of a ceasefire is just a PR stunt with missiles in the background.
