Thanks, that seems to be the one, based in some quick googling. A company is using this in their candidate assessment. Testing for autism, without disclosing that and using a made up name, seems unethical and possibly illegal.
However, I can't find anything about, so I suspect the official name is something else. Does this ring a bell?

Has anyone heard of "Perceptive Collaboration Index (PCI)"? It's supposed to be a test where the subject has to judge the emotions of people based on pictures of their eyes, and it scores their ability to work in teams. (ctd)

I think he is very susceptible to flattery as well, but I don't know if Rutte's style works. In any case, NATO still exists and Rutte still has that position, so that's why I think European NATO members agree with the approach.
Keep in mind that Rutte started acting this way days after that horrible meeting where Trump+Vance bullied Zelensky.
Not publicly. Given what we know about Trump and what is rumoured (Epstein etc), it's possible he loves to be called daddy in this way.
