This isn't really a full redraw, since I liked the original posing so much and only wanted to change the lineart and shading. I'd call this a "rerender," taking the existing forms and colors and updating them. Honestly, this process was so fun, I might do this with other older pieces! 😋

So I was going back through my older art and remembered this piece with my characters Gerda and Lily - it's still one of my favorite pieces I've ever drawn. In the four years since I drew it, I've moved from Sai to CSP and my art style has shifted a bit with new brushes and shading techniques.
