At a guess. It is probably the distance between the nozzle and bed for the first layer. It will be too high and the extruded filament is not been pressed onto the bed to stick.
I would check the gap and relevel calibrate the bed.
At least that was the problem. When something similar happened to me.

Spent the afternoon at the Australian Defence Force Academy open day. The photo is of the new recee vehicle on the left next to the M1A2 MBT. It seems strange that the recee vehicle is bigger than the tank.
