Today I thought of the friend who introduced me to the Ace Attorney series on Nintendo DS long ago. I had great difficulty making eye contact with others during that time, but it became easier after playing some games in that series. I'm thankful to my friend.

some years ago, I had a dream involving a toy dispenser machine at a mall. I liked the thought of a pink spider Pokemon that lives in the desert and can withstand rainy environments.

Top left is a dog/cat like lady standing on a balcony. her eyes are oblong shaped, her ear floppy and her expression is happy : ). the view angle is a kind of top down perspective. next to this in the top right corner is another drawing. It looks like a similar character but the eyes are more larger and circular, the ears longer. overall the character is kind of a different shape. In the bottom right is the last drawing. It's a sad looking character sitting on a chair by a table with a candle. She seems to be ruminating over something. Her eyes are staring up into the distance with the tears trickling down her face. Behind her is a window. Through this window you can see clouds and snow falling.

The disparities in these numbers are fucking terrible. A quantification of how much more valuable a white and then American life is than an immigrant POC.

some of my art is lost forever, but I remember them with great clarity, so it is OK. I have made many drawings I do not like anymore, but that is OK too. I am slow when I draw with others, so it is not a case of speed, but I have just existed for a while, so I have many drawings.

(These two characters are from Pokemon Black and White, released in 2009.) Hilda, a human with a baseball cap, t-shirt, and denim shorts, is hanging out with Oshawott, a monster with the appearance of a cartoon otter and beaver combined. Oshawott slides down her arm for fun. Oshawott sits and stands up to look at you. Hilda holds Oshawott in her arms while sitting down and standing up. There is a close up of Oshawott's face in the top right.

Ringed seals

Anthropomorphic animal. It is mixture of Shaymin's Sky Forme and Land Forme from the Pokemon series. It is sitting down with its legs crossed. The environment it exists within is dark with scattered vague markings of green and red. It is not looking at you.

It is a balloon dog mixed with a bee. It is yellow with dark stripes. Large dark eye. stinger at end of tail. It is standing.

I can pinpoint it to my siblings being victim of hate crimes by children from white families in school very long ago. the method of transferring hatred has only changed in the sense that information is communicated faster now through electronics.

there are infinite occurrences of a person following their urge to draw a cute animals that they forget the feelings that inspired them to draw, so they weren't particularly thinking of latino people being dehumanized while drawing anti ICE art, they were mostly thinking of a cute animals.
