Liked this one a lot in terms of plot,designs,acting,& world building. It's cool to be in a place where a studio isn't afraid to have subtitles on 90% of a movie.
However, my oldness has trouble processing this level of CGI-like a cartoon at times

Almost a found footage movie in structure if not execution, I found this one interesting. There's a lot of mood here that the script doesn't live up to. Still worth a watch

I forget, thus I try again.
There's clever idea - drop a vigilante vampire into a mob movie w Landis as director, what happens- but it feels....tired. where the tone of AMERICAN WEREWOLF was on-point, this one is not.

But much like BEAST MACHINES, I'll check it out again in a few years just in case

There's a subset of media I revisit infrequently,usually when reminded of it via documentary or magazine article,etc-basically things I didn't like upon first(or 2nd+) experience.

Speaks to what a child thinks about what adulthood is - getting power, being able to control things - but the kid's father shows that isn't the case.
