Every season of The Bear there is always one conversation that hits so close to home that I have to hit pause and reflect

Days like today are my favourite…cool, overcast, and on the edge of rain. It’s the kind of weather that makes you slow down, brew a good cup of tea, and get lost in a book. Feels like the world gives you permission to just be still for a while

Mission Impossible was great, I really hope we get some more movies in the franchise

Bear in mind my Dad passed in 1996 nearly 30 years later and the grief is still there. I’ve done my best to think of it not as something to “get over,” but something I’ve learned to carry. His absence has shaped so much of who I am, and yet his presence still lives on in the the values he passed on

What I hate about grief is that it can hit you out of nowhere, I was talking to a friend and mentioned my Dad and immediately felt a lump in my throat

Predator Badlands looks amazing as does Alien:Earth although the Xenomorphs still to this day give me the heebie jeebies

Still haven’t watched Andor, hoping to start at some point this week so I can enjoy season 2 with my friends

Inspiration can strike from anywhere, and sometimes following a trend can lead to something truly original. It’s all part of the same creative ecosystem, and there’s room for all of us to express ourselves in our own way

This is by no means having a dig at people that do follow trends or are even discovering those genres for the first time
everyone’s musical journey is different, and there’s beauty in exploring new sounds

The best part? There’s always someone out there who needs exactly what you have to offer, just the way you offer it

Trends come and go, but authenticity has a lasting impact. When you play music that reflects your own taste, emotions, and experiences, it resonates in a deeper way even if it doesn’t fit into what’s currently popular

I wonder all the time if I made the mistake of not following musical trends, whether it's Amapiano or even edits I feel a little bit like I've been left behind. However, doing what you want and how you want is such a wonderful feeling because you’re creating from a place that’s true to yourself

Absolute Super-Man continues to be amazing, I don’t think another comic book has made me this sad this year

Reading Ultimate Invasion again, the Maker is such a great antagonist. I hope one day they’ll bring him into the MCU but for now I’m excited to see how the ultimate universe plays out

I cannot stress this enough, The Moon Is Following Us is one of the best things I've read over the last 10 years
