Nintendo created promotional art for the backs of the Super Mario characters between the 80’s and 90’s. They weren’t used very often, so they’re somewhat of a rarity. That Bowser one was actually used as the manual art for Bowser’s brother in Super Mario Bros. 2 (Lost Levels)
