“Many of us were clear that the violence and destabilization that Trump started in Venezuela was not going to end there. Fascists and despots start wars to remain in power and enrich themselves. Today, in the Middle East, we are seeing what two unaccountable warmongers will do with unchecked power and a lack of oversight. Once again, the Trump Administration, this time in coordination with Netanyahu’s government, perpetrated an unlawful attack against a sovereign nation and its head of state. As it was with the kidnapping of Maduro, the murder of Ali Khamenei is an unlawful action.
