In the Ruotolo lab,we apply collision-induced unfolding (CIU) to examine protein structure and stability.Today,we took CIU outside! Team Cardio Induced Unconsciousness went for 5km pathlength separation with arrival times 23-57 minutes! Clara opted for a multipass experience (13.1 miles in ~2hrs)
