Nope. Liberal media can post all the Trump-deranged content they wish, democratic institutions continue to function, the FBI is calling for accountability, protests occur w/o wholesale suppression, legal challenges to Trump remain, and elections are coming. A Fascist nation wouldn't allow that.

If the agents responsible are appropriately charged, prosecuted, and held accountable through due legal processes for an unlawful killing, the act, while egregious and potentially indicative of individual misconduct or procedural failures, would not inherently qualify as authoritarian in isolation.

They have, for the most part. The media only focuses on the sensational, the controversy, not the everyday operations.

It's not normal. They are dealing with tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of people, and these events are extreme outliers. No operation is going to be perfect. That applies to everyone, from LEOs on the streets to surgeons in hospitals.

The government needs to hold its own accountable.

Repeating the lie without accountability is a recipe for more violence, on both sides.

Anyone being honest with themselves should understand this is all kinds of wrong. We need to peacefully demand accountability and transparency. Peace is key, something I don't think Democrats are really capable of but we shall see. This man should not have lost his life.

The government should hold ICE agents accountable who shoot American citizens. And likewise, protestors need to stay out of their way, so more people do not die. It's that simple.
