When reading fellowship applications and people use Black folks to demonstrate their diverse experiences or highlight what they’ve done in the community (domestic/abroad), I cringe a lot. 😅

Third interview, I’m walking in like, when’s my first day on the job. 😂😂😂 and whatever work they ask me to do on the test round, they will sign an NDA before I submit. Not taking my work, won’t hire me, and use my ideas. NOT!!!!!

Looking at a job and they have 3 rounds of interviews. I have anxiety for one interview jobs, tf.

They gonna have to make some serious accommodations. But honestly, I don’t need my time wasted on 3 interviews and don’t get the job. Talk about a Crash out!

Me reviewing fellowship applications and the way ChatGPT was working overtime for these people. Sheesh. At least ask it to use less commas and dashes. That’s a dead give away.

I know the problem. I also know that the er won’t do a thing.

So in 2024 until I can see a specialist, I’m prioritizing health. If it’s going to negatively impact my condition, I can’t do it. However, I will finish out this years strong and meet my obligations.

I realize when a Black woman is sick or has a condition, the world ignores her. It doesn’t matter what it is.

As soon as she’s dead and gone, y’all care. The way I’m not allowing it to happen to me. My back, literal brain (yes), and spine is killing me. Can’t barely lift my head.

Why did I just walk into a session at ASHE and I saw all the Black folks sitting together. Y’all know I completed the circle. 😭😭😭😭

The worse thing a professional can do to me is get rude in an email.

I have a list of people who’ve tried it and won’t do it again. I’m gonna start sending out a list of references you can ask. I will clean you slap up. I’m being nice to some folks.

Then it’s the fact you told me to email you, and you respond with an attitude. Now, I’m not the one to get rude with via email. Cause when I start playing rude email games...

One thing I can’t stand is for someone to lie to me face about my coins.

Hmmm. Not really, but the guy I’m currently dating must believe in it. He said that he knew that he wanted more the first night we met. Idk if that counts but… We shall see how this goes 😭.
