Today, my first little love drew his final breath.

I know everyone thinks their dog is the best dog, but I truly believe Archie WAS the best dog. From puppyhood, he was so laid back, and such a gentle, kind soul.

Until we meet at the Rainbow Bridge, my sweet boy ❤️

We spent our wedding night eating Taco Bell in our wedding finery on the hotel bed while watching Good Luck Charlie 😂 Taco Bell is an important component of any marriage.

He’s always loved Hamilton (he even dressed up as Hamilton for Halloween a few years ago), but I think it might have more meaning for him this year after attending his first protest. We talked about how the ideals are still relevant, you just sub England and King George for MAGA and Trump 😑

One of my students unexpectedly passed away this weekend.

His family needs help with his funeral expenses.

Please share, and keep his family in your thoughts. I had his sister when I first started at my school, and I’ll have his little brother for a few more years.

He didn’t deserve this.

Exercising his constitutional right is a tantrum?

We took this one to his first protest this morning. He absolutely LOVED it, and says protesting is his new favorite thing after watching wrestling with dad. He was already asking about the next protest before the last of the march had even made it back!

Nolie’s basketball coach has a baby (not sure how old, but she seems to be a few months), and he sometimes babywears her during games.

Today, she is strapped to his chest dressed like a basketball, and it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

No, it we did that during library in elementary school.

My fave food truck exclusively uses waffles for their sammies. My fave is the Triple M, with Muenster, cheddar spread, and mac and cheese. It’s obviously not the picture of health, but it’s so freaking good.

Went to Candles and Queens at Flora Candle Co. last night with my friends Heather and Taylor. We got to pour candles (my first time!) and watch a great drag show put on by some of our best local queens.

I named my candle Sexy Professor’s Tweed Jacket (leather, bourbon, tobacco, vanilla).

Every year the acting awards ignore my stunning performances as the attentive father in dramas like "Absolutely, I'd Love to Hear About Your New Fortnite Skins"

It was a five-tissue session at therapy today. Let go of some anger I didn’t realize I was holding on to.

My principal: Decorate and name a snowman, and turn it into me.
