That’s a fair point. I think the Metro is weak enough that we still win it if Freddie misses some time, but if we have a healthy duo I genuinely think we go wire to wire

I genuinely think this might go down as the Canes’ most dominant Metro title.

Like the Devils and Caps may make it close, and the Rangers should still be good enough to compete, but I wouldn’t be surprised by a 10+ point gap when it’s all said and done.

I can't believe we'll be watching regular-season Canes Hockey in less than a week. I'm so damn giddy, man. It's Friday. I'm thriving at my new job, drinking wine outside in damn perfect weather. Absolutely pumped for Hockey and the rest of the year. Hell yeah.

There’s plenty of imperfect individuals on the team, there’s plenty of imperfect individuals within front office. But I’m glad they didn’t cross into a completely different territory today that would have alienated many long-time fans.

I really don’t care if bullying worked or if Tulsky single handedly pushed backed, or if the reports were simply inaccurate.

No matter the reason, not signing Hart or McLeod is huge net positive.

There’s plenty the franchise can do to improve community trust, but that’s a huge weight lifted.

Resale tickets are there but it’ll still be a sellout though. All of those tickets were already purchased previously. There’s no shot opening night won’t be considered a sellout given our long streak right now.

Ima be honest, I hope we don’t sign any of those players, but not a single sponsor will question a signing the Canes make. Social media fans are a loud minority. Like let’s be real here the Canes are going to sell out every single home game this season and not feel a single dent.

I’m just going to be honest here. The valuation is absolutely not going to drop regardless of who they sign. Considering the surrounding renovations and team success, this valuation is only going to increase significantly over the next few years. Definitely need to keep calling and emailing though!

I honestly don’t see it happening at all. There’s no way I envision him selling the Canes before any part of the renovations are complete. This is a franchise that was worth like 500M only a few years ago and is probably on its way to being worth 3-4 billion by renovation completion.

15th is honestly absolutely insane when you think about how far this franchise has come. This team was near the dead bottom of this list not that long ago. They’ll probably break through the top-10 within the next 5-10 years with their surrounding renovations.
