How refreshing it is to watch McDaniels calling plays after 3 seasons in the OC wilderness. They have sound game plans and evolve them based on game flow. Particularly liked the 1st play that seemed designed to get Maye and Diggs rolling asap.

Let’s talk rookie receivers - very high on both of them. Kyle Williams has been on the field a bit but production has been limited; Chism is still waiting for his debut. What’s holding each of them back, and do you expect either to make an impact this season? If so, when would you expect to see it?

Miguel, is there any chance that Strange, Peppers, Bourne, or any other departures result in a comp pick?

How much of Maye’s struggles yesterday (fundamentals, feeling premature pressure, etc.) do you chalk up to the offensive chaos from his rookie year vs just acclimating to the McD offense? I’m hoping it’s more of the latter - we learned from prev QBs that it’s extremely hard to overcome the former.

What’s the outlook on TE production this year and beyond? McD loves utilizing them, as does Maye, but both starting TEs are 30 and Westover projects as a hybrid TE/FB at the moment. Do they try and scoop some vet help this season? Is TE a top draft priority in 2026?

Feeling a little sympathy for Javon Baker this morning. Unlike last year where he seemed not to understand how to be a pro, that’s changed with his focus on ST this season - couple heady plays last night too - but obv the offensive production hasn’t been there. What needs to click in your mind?

This would be a great movie premise, appeals to kids and adults if done right.

Hard to keep Chaisson out with all his production. With how they plan to attack the QB, feels like they’ll all be rotating in week to week, and especially situationally within games.

How do you feel about the current depth at CB? Not worried about Gonzo and Davis when on the field, but Gonzo’s hammy and Davis’ history are concerning. With Dial is out for season and James recovering, where do they turn if anything happens to Alex Austin or Marcus Jones?
