Just know that the shuttle bus runs less frequently on the weekends. We had no idea and it took us a very long time to get there yesterday.

If they take away voting rights for those of us living overseas it’s already true for me.

I don’t mind historically based stories. I just hated Beowulf in high school and read this one shortly thereafter. If I’d read Crichton first I’d probably like both better. Sigh.

I love Crichton. Always have. But when I found out it was just Beowulf (halfway through reading it) I got angry. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Spending the day in pools and waterfalls can be overstimulating. It was nice to be able to sleep there and not have to trek back home when we were so tired last night.

Honestly, I think it’s too much for a day trip but not enough for 3+ days. So tired.

2 days at tropical islands was the right amount. We are all exhausted. But it was nice to be somewhere different. Now to get ready for school starting!
