While there's definitely lucky/unlucky matchups, I feel consistently winning in comp is more about being versatile and developing game sense.

E.g. who is the team focusing? Is there a threat they keep missing? Can you flank to push the vehicle? Healing vs. Damage to secure a kill, etc.

The dev insight made me better understand how their MM works and it seems uneven sometimes, which boils down to bad strategic team comps or players having to play roles they're not goid at to even it out.

So I try to see how I contribute best, which is Healer in comp.

Just in case anybody has played and finished these before they were fixed: I was able to catch a second Iron Valiant yesterday. So it seems the fix made them reset the "Can't catch this again" counter.

What aggrevates me most is how it's just such a short time frame (2 weeks) and how especially in Europe it feels like we lost a week because they didn't plan ahead to forge new partnerships, as many distributors who handled stuff like this for Gen 8 went out of business shortly after the pandemic
