How can any Democrat justify voting for Trump’s new DHS nominee when they continue to break the law using taxpayer dollars and resources for partisan politics?

Median family income in the US increased from $10,000 in 1971 to $106,000 today, a 10x increase.

However, the median cost of homes increased from $25,000 to $445,000, a 17x increase.

And the average cost of healthcare per person increased from $350 to $14,600, a 42x increase.

THIS IS INSANE.

Killing people and destroying things “just for fun” is psychopathic behavior and even saying it is something only a psychopath would do and every U.S. news organization should be shouting that from the rooftops. Editors: Rise to the challenge of truth-telling or make room for someone who will.

Republicans blamed Hillary for 4 dead in Benghazi. They blamed Biden for 13 dead in Afghanistan.

Trump’s war has already left 13 U.S. troops dead in just three weeks. Where’s the GOP outrage now?

Donald Trump attended one dignified transfer in a campaign merch hat, turned the photo into a fundraising email & then skipped the next one entirely.

While Sgt. Benjamin Pennington, 26, was coming home in a flag-draped coffin at Dover…

Trump was at his f’ng golf club.

The is the federal government telling news stations to provide favorable coverage of the war or their licenses will be pulled.

A truly extraordinary moment.

We aren't on the verge of a totalitarian takeover. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF IT.

Act like it.

Completely regardless of what seems reasonable, making it harder to vote in any way whatsoever ON THE BASIS OF GROTESQUE LYING is completely outrageous.

Every Trump admin answer about the war is PRECISELY why no previous president has ever been dumb enough to start exactly this war with Iran.

Like all of this — all of it! — is why everyone else considered this too stupid to attempt.

Cmon. Of all the headlines I see on social media this is the one to single out? Are you saying there is more detail in the story? Welcome to how social media works. How many other headlines have you complained about? All of them ever?

Change in Data Sources Led to Lower Inflation Reading

An obscure methodological tweak -- a change in the source of data on the price of legal services -- resulted in meaningfully lower monthly PCE inflation in January. That's prompting questions about why the change was made and why it wasn't disclosed publicly.

Trump Knew the Risk of Iran Blocking the Strait of Hormuz. He Still Went to War. The president told his White House team that Tehran would likely capitulate before closing the strait, the world’s most vital shipping lane.

Before US went to war, Gen Dan Caine, chairman of Joint Chiefs, told Trump an American attack could prompt Iran to close Strait of Hormuz.
Caine said in several briefings that U.S. officials had long believed Iran would deploy mines, drones and missiles to close the world’s most vital shipping lane

Trump will depart to Palm Beach for the weekend to spend time at his private club and participate in a fundraiser.

This is the second weekend in a row Trump has gone golfing as he risks the lives of American service members.

Palantir CEO Makes Shocking Confession on Disrupting Democratic Power They’re saying the quiet part out loud now.

A reminder that AI is not about improving people's lives, it's about manipulating and controling them.

"Palantir CEO Alex Karp thinks his AI technology will lessen the power of 'highly educated, often female voters, who vote mostly Democrat' while increasing the power of working-class men."

If you pull the trigger, it’s not a “mistake.” Intent is measured when you choose to engage in a shooting war.

“Know your target & it’s surroundings” applies whether it’s a bow/arrow, firearm, or ballistic missile. Simply claiming “there will always be collateral losses” doesn’t erase culpability.

How Trump’s War on Iran Is Hastening the Coming MAGA Crack-Up Another Middle East war is exactly what the young voters and voters of color who flocked to Trump in 2024 did not sign up for.

What @gregsargent.bsky.social sees here is quite apparent. The larger challenge is convincing duped voters that deception and betrayal are elemental to the assemblage of a viable GOP coalition. They need to turn, durably, on the whole party, not just this one guy.

Well I’m an Independent and have always been, so you lost your bet. I really don’t understand the concept of loyalty/fealty to a political party. Your insults don’t prove or help anything.

I believe the non MAGA Republicans escape way too much blame. These are the people that don’t pay close attention to politics but just blindly vote R every time because their parents did or everyone in their area does.

The sole reason why Trump declared victory after his previous 12-day Iran bombing campaign was that he claimed Iran’s nuke program was “completely obliterated” and unable to recover for many years. But his justification for the war now is that his previous bombings were a failure.
