Yeah. Sometimes, behind all the bellowing and bluster and fluency in social justice verbiage, you might observe a personโ€™s behavior and realize their vision of justice is just โ€œWhen is it my turn at the top? When is it my turn to do the violence?โ€

The relative contribution of close-proximity contacts, shared classroom exposure and indoor air quality to respiratory virus transmission in schools - Nature Communications The relative importance of close-proximity interactions, shared space and air quality to the transmission of respiratory viruses is not well understood. Here, the authors investigate this question by ...

Real world experiment conducted in Swiss school.

"Prolonged exposure in shared, poorly ventilated spaces, which potentially includes several infectious sources, drives respiratory virus transmission more than close contact."

One of the sequelae to covid is MCAS, and one of the big symptoms of that is acquiring exciting new allergic reactions to random things.

You can suddenly behave allergic to deodorant, soap, wheat, chocolate, garlic, milk, cheese (and anything what contains histamines, such as leftovers), etc.

COVID is a systemic disease that can harm the brain, heart, immune system and more.

Every reinfection increases the risk of Long COVID, chronic illness, disability and even death.

If people understood the real danger, theyโ€™d take prevention seriously instead of accepting repeated infections.

Just imagining how much better it would be if ALL news stories about vaccine-preventable illnesses were illustrated with pictures of people with the disease, not pictures of needle injections. If you must show something that people will find scary & unpleasant, make it the disease, not the cure.

When I'm reading a book, sometimes I will "simultaneously" read two passages, usually facing pages. Not literally but I read fast enough that sometimes just a glance will give too much away!

So I will often re-read it again, in "proper" order to get the intended reader effect. Wisdom!

These horrible deaths are the expected consequence of abandoning the basic societal premise of disease avoidance, and it was never going to be containable to just covid.

And also if you suggest anything like the below logic about children getting endless covid infections, people FREAK OUT.

New Data Shows COVID-19 Infection Much Worse For Children Than the Vaccine "The risk following vaccination is substantially lower than the risk following infection".

A Cambridge-led study of 13.9 million children in England found COVID vaccines are the safest option. The very rare, short-term risk of heart inflammation from vaccination is far lower than the risks from infection, which can cause blood clots, heart issues and severe inflammation for up to a year.

A comic of two foxes, one of whom is blue, the other is green. In this one, Blue is sitting next to Green, who has curled up into a tight ball, looking miserable.
Green: Would you still love me if I never got better?

Blue hesitates a moment before answering.
Blue: What a silly thing to ask.

Joining Green on the floor, Blue wraps himself around Green, who doesn't seem as sad anymore.
Blue: I would love you even if you got worse.

Some vaccines like COVID and flu donโ€™t stop completely stop infection.

But they do reduce the risk of getting infected and greatly reduce severe illness risk.

They are still worth getting.

Since they are not 100% effective itโ€™s also wise to add another layer of protection by wearing a mask.
