My wife said to me this morning that I just seem unbothered by everything lately.
Clearly, I’m unable to hide my blasé attitude anymore.
It's even better that the guy on the right is worth $4.1 billion dollars, stole a joke from Terrible Maps, and decided to upscale it with AI to pass off as his own brilliant idea.
Oh, I see what you're saying. I couldn't make it out on my phone.
Yeah, a total descoping of Kitchener corridor electrification to Bramalea is news to me but I've gone of that place for a while now.
Electrification of the non-priority corridors (i.e. anything besides LSE/LSW) is deferred indefinitely, pending finalization of the necessary budget for the Lakeshores. Once completed, a reassessment of the other corridors will occur and new funding will need to be accessed.
we are ratioing bad sports takes now, bluesky really has become the app of sports
Fuck Kobe.

So I guess we’re not getting a North London Derby in the semis…
For what it's worth, I was part of discussions many years ago about what increasing passenger volumes would look like separate from this whole debate. And a big constraint is the taxi loop on the mainland.
We can build the airport as big as you want but getting people up Eireann Quay is a problem.
American society isn't worth saving.
Dunstone better bring his A-game and a crisp left hook just in case.
Yes.
No.
Vacation and sick/medical/childcare are two separate allowances. You can make up a certain amount of time by working nights or weekends since we only get 3 days in the latter group. Up to your manager's discretion.
This is insane. I really just want to blast these people but then I'm definitely eating a ban.
Also, the unnecessary slur and then ongoing debate in the comments about the appropriate of it is not surprising in the slightest.
Room on Fire. I was obsessed with Is This It?, I got the EPs the UK import, anything I could find. And it measured up.
Obvious 2nd one is Make Believe but I'll pick something different. I'll go with Adore. I still can't listen to it without being reminded by how disappointed I was when I was 15.
My daughter got air sick on the first flight and the kind woman next to me offered up some ginger tablets to help with her nausea.
Sounds like the experience that I had last summer trying to get home during the Air Canada strike.
Dublin->Cleveland->Toronto and then some folks still had connecting flights to Ottawa, Montreal, etc.
20+ hours of being in airports and planes brought us together.
Maybe Ford should have lifted the hiring freeze before they fired 400 consultants.
They are trying to do more with less and staff morale is in the toilet.
I’m pretty sure they could pass a resolution to invade Canada at this point. They could find the votes from the Democrats.
Ok. Maybe I’m misremembering but I’m sure that Rob had a plan for an island at the mouth of the Humber…
AGAIN WITH THIS
I really thought that Paikin got fired already.
Actually surprised that Heaven Is a Place on Earth isn’t on here.
Maybe no one is going back and watching Black Mirror.
There was exactly one Pixies song on the radio when I was growing up in the 90s/00s and it wasn't this one.
The fact that there's a Pixies song at all in the top 50 really illustrates this point.
Obviously, Kate Bush too. I don't even think she got any radio play.
Also, it's not going to make a huge difference, but there's a number of houses in our area where the real estate listings look like this.
People still want peak market value.
