It removes a dominant team and allows for more parity… but the landscape is still tilted towards the MVFC and Big Sky.

Relatedly, I’d also be curious to know if the NEC has a minimum funding amount for football and other sports.

The NEC allows scholarships and the conference recently removed the previous self-imposed limit of 45.
