That's really the only thing that we weren't expecting. Lol. The place we rented when we first got here didn't have hot water and we found out that's pretty common. Do you have kiddos that will be coming with you? Pets? Pets are hard to get here.

We watched a ton of you tube videos before we came too. We are originally from Montana. You might look up 500 sails, sablan market, and the Marianas visitors authority. Rentals are cheap and easy to get into. So don't stress that until you get much closer. Be sure to ask if it has hot water. 😂
