There was a recipe in an ad for some tea called lovers leap, I didn’t want to spend 15 dollars on a box of tea just for some pie but found that earl grey was pretty close to the same blend of stuff, it pairs well with chocolate

This is more of a pudding/custard pie. It was my first time using gelatin by itself I was so worried it wouldn’t thicken right and my crust would be ruined 😅

It was fun to make!
