Students were amazingly punctual this morning - we left 20mins early to get to the National Conference! Hopefully a good sign of things to come. So far, students have done some icebreakers and heard from a #PathwaysToLaw alumna, and are now in a #CommercialAwareness talk from legal professionals.

Very excited to be doing the last bits of prep for the National Conference which starts tomorrow! This annual event at Warwick Uni is a real highlight of the programme's calendar, and is usually students' favourite part of Pathways!

A traditional blue police station sign with the word "POLICE" written in white, mounted on a brick building. Overlaid text reads: "Police are failing to meet the public's minimum standards of service, researchers find." A green tag in the top-right corner displays "#News."

The @vp-centre.bsky.social released a new report on the public's sentiment towards minimum standards of service.

Co-authors include Dr Christine A. Weirich, Dr David Rowlands from the School of Law, and @adamcrawford.bsky.social, Co-Director of the Centre & professor at York and Leeds.
