Relative humidity in the Bay Area is typically around 80%, so we bought a dehumidifier to help mitigate some damp in our home. We are down to 52% RH and I feel I may actually shrivel up and turn to dust. Y’all can have whatever isn’t already willed to my wife and cats

Also anything Jon Krakauer. If you’re up for memoirs, I absolutely LOVED Ina Garten’s memoir. My wife isn’t a non-fiction reader by any means but she raves about Catch and Kill by Ronan Farrow. Braiding Sweetgrass has been on my TBR list for too long but is supposed to be phenomenal.

I love anything by Mary Roach but especially enjoyed Spook (I really enjoyed her style of investigation as a skeptic of the paranormal). Also enjoyed I'll Be Gone in the Dark, but this is something I grew up hearing about and they talk a lot about my hometown so that may be biased.
