Like you said, NO place is perfect. Still, home has been good to me upon my return. The Substack I continue to grow and have some plans for the paid version. There's a serial series I've been meaning to write for a while and I think it's the perfect platform for it. I always appreciate you ;)

It’s amazing what distance does to perception.

Sometimes you need to get close up.

Other times you need to get far away.

And life is often about adjusting to see better.

Several leaves flying through the air (it's super windy here today), with a mostly cloudy sky above. I miss 95% of them, but that doesn't keep me from trying!

I'm 57 and still get a kick out of trying to catch leaves as they fall!
