When I started my current job I had a chat with @heatherreiduff.bsky.social, she told me to ask my manager: what does success look like in this role? It's a question that stuck with me and has been useful in multiple contexts. Happy to see it on Heather's and @lenapejgan.bsky.social's slides today.
