I voted, volunteered and donated to oppose “mass deportation now.” But I refuse to save people from themselves. If Rosa’s kids voted for “mass deportation now” and Rosa is proud her kids voted for “mass deportation now,” who am I to tell them I will stand in the way of their choice?

Have you ever lost a friend or loved one because they couldn’t afford medical treatment, refused care and died as a result? I have. Twice.

So instead they voted for the empathetic and caring GOP? Or just didn’t vote at all? Let’s see how that works out, shall we?

Nope. Evidently it doesn’t work that way. I’m all for letting people get what they voted for. Even “Rosa”’s kids who voted for someone who demonizes immigrants and promised to deport their own mother.

And the guy doing the deportation won. So not fighting hard enough against that deportation is a losing stance. Deporting is a winning one.

Sure, you go ahead and show us all how to counter the misogyny, xenophobia and cruelty that millions of Americans voted for. If you are saying that there are millions of Americans who didn’t vote because Harris didn’t “deserve” their vote, fuck them. They get the r@pist instead.

A sufficient number of American didn’t care enough to keep him out of office, so I’m not sure they will care now.
