Anyone have any good Mental Health books focused on Pakistani /South Asian societies? I am looking for some insight on the current issues facing Pakistani communities living in the west and the stigma faced getting help for depression, PTSD, anxiety etc.

There should be a timer on bluesky, so you can limit how many hours/ minutes you can be on the app. Feels like how Twitter first came out and I was on it forgetting to do my chores.

I would like something what discord has, where a group chatting outside and passer by can listen in to the conversation but not necessarily be able to jump in unless permitted.
38 and never voted in my life Never gave it a slight thought. Childhood trauma / racism / PTSD back home in NY after 9/11 did it for me.

the first book I read which wasn’t anime was string theory (I think when I was 14-15 years old) the concepts of it are very similar to what you have described.

As someone with childhood depression amplified post 9/11, and PTSD - never medicated until this year. My first week felt like taking adderall for the first time. I had rebates sitting on my desk for 6 months and as soon as I got it, those rebates were shipped - treated myself ice cream afterwards

10. I have alot of feelings going through me in the world and in this country and I don’t think anyone of you really care anyway, it just feels good to write them down so that you can read them to yourself and not be judged for doing so.
9. To engaging on social media platform from Paltalk, online forums to Twitter/X. It felt like a uphill battle to just be seen as a human with a thought and to independently make critical decisions, not be seen as doing such because a manual or a book said so.
