Anxiety for the past two weeks have been annoying, I keep telling myself I’ll give myself a break from social media to diminish the stress but out of habit I come back and see something that brings anxiety

Started taking my anxiety medication on Sunday and have been reacting to it badly. Went to my primary and she reminded me that if that happened I was to stop immediately. Welp wished I remembered that before taking it again this morning before seeing her.

Being married really is just I get the same days as her means I got more chores to do

So my wife is upset that I’m not able to give her all the love and conversations she’d like but all I can think of is…..she needs friends.

Man, my wife is mad at me because

1. She didn’t like that I wanted to stay in bed this morning instead of walking her to her car or help her get ready for work (I stayed up late watching a movie)

Hates that she isn’t able to stay up late cause she’s tired or work (also she don’t care 4 films)

There was a game I played on a pc years ago that stared the choatix in an RPG wish I could play that game again and finish it

Went to my uncles 70th birthday party last night, kinda felt overwhelmed cause anxiety but I had a good time catching up with family

Woke up at 6 the same time as my wife. I still don’t feel fully rested. I wonder what’s going on and why I’m not getting enough sleep

Took a sleeping pill last night before going to bed to make sure I’m getting enough sleep at night since I haven’t felt fully rested in days

Woke up in the middle of the night (not sure what time) to check my watch and saw that it said five hours of sleep

So I went back to sleep and w

Got a good five hours of sleep last night compared to yesterday with three or four
