-Dr. Zamora is a nurse, known to be cruel to her patients, and isn't scared to do anything it takes to get them to bow down to her.

-Mr. Shepard is the asylum warden, and finds his patients to be a little too interesting. He keeps a good eye (or so he thinks) on everyone.

-Oliver is a vigilante serial killer who gets caught and brought to the asylum. He plans to escape, by any means possible.

-Christopher is Oliver’s therapist, who only wants to help in a facility full of corruption.

Revilo is a psychosis induced hallucination, that only Oliver can see. He is a manifestation of both his subconscious and intrusive thoughts, that hes had since around age 12. Revilo has permanent blood on his hands, representing all those Oliver has murdered.
