Somehow sinners did not win best song, despite that small part of the film being one of the most powerful, visionary, forceful, and soulful moments in film history.

Sinners woulda swept so many other years. This was great year for film, though, and it’s starting to feel like tonight is the PTA apology awards (he just got his FIRST how is that possible) but also OBAA is also a masterpiece.
