I'm 80% happy about the final lineup tho - I would have loved to see Denali, Deja, and Acid there but well, that was a solid bunch.
I'm bummed, very. This season has reminded me why I can't be arsed to watch anything drag race since season 13. It's frustrating :/

It says to me that production didn't trust their favorite, and I'm sorry she's getting so much hate.
Also, Aja won that lipsync, she was the most enjoyable and the cleanest. Rigor Morris, girl, rigor morris.

Ginger didn't need to be pushed by production, they didn't do her a favor. She has delivered some of the best performances throughout the season and hers is a well deserved win. She would have performed greatly even without the riggory.

Thinking about the Cave of Hands, some of the art dating back to 7,300BC, where 25% of the hand prints are thought to be that of children. Imagining those people gently holding their child up to the cave walls, and using their tiny little hands as a stencil. Art = love = the human soul

An allegory of the "Jaws" movie poster that caused damage and negative stereotypes to the image of sharks that persist to this day (I'm glad it's slowly changing, but it's still too slow to be considered forgivable). Now with a reversal of roles, with the human victim replaced by a simple wild shark and the terrible stereotyped shark replaced by a monstrous human skull seeming to want to devour the shark (this is the reality, we kill thousands of sharks every year, many of them killed for irrational reasons, who is the real cruel killer?)

This is a tribute to Peter Benchley, author of 'Jaws', who dedicated his life to reversing the unexpected negative impact his book had on the image of sharks.

We kill millions of sharks annually and demonize them in our media, who is the real monster? 💀
