very cool data gathering effort! I was mostly responding to length/intensity of effort (and mapping if you choose) etc in terms of an app that had those preset. Not sure it would be a good fit bc you are casting a wider net. But agreed, for recovery/rehab that is a great selection to help optimize!

So really thinking something like Strava or Garmin or combo is already preset to do that for runners? But only thru looking at features for the tracker I eventually plan to get for my runs.
