Overview | Netroots Nation 2025
For our 20th convention, Netroots Nation is going to back to New Orleans! Join us for three days of engaging programming, August 7-9, at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Our conference offers more than 170 hours of panels, trainings, keynotes, and fun social events. What is the difference between the ticket types? The tickets below are for both IN-PERSON attendance at the conference or VIRTUAL ONLY TICKETS (giving you streaming access to select content and our event app).We work hard to keep the conference affordable, and thanks to the support of our sponsors and BENEFACTORS, we can offer the discounted ACTIVIST and YOUTH rates below. But if you are with an organization, or if you can simply afford it, please consider purchasing an ORGANIZATION rate ticket (or even becoming a BENEFACTOR). This help us continue to offer discounted tickets and scholarships to those in need.Β Should I register now? And can I buy multiple registrations?Yes. Ticket prices will never be better, and we love the early support (it's really important to us). Prices will bump up over time, so buying early is super smart. You can register multiple people at once below (purchase a registration for each attendee) as long as you have names and individual emails for each one. If you would like to buy multiple registrations now but are unsure at this point who will attend, email us and we can help. What about transportation and housing?Transportation and housing are not included with your registration. We have arranged for a block of discounted rooms at a nearby hotel. Please check our website for details.Β What is on the Agenda? The 2025 Agenda is now available on our website. Of those sessions, over 50 will be streamed or presented virtually for those with a virtual registration, or for anyone who is registered to watch later.Β What's your refund policy?Netroots Nation 2025 tickets are no longer refundable. You can still transfer your ticket to another person. Email us at registration@netrootsnation.org for assistance with a transfer. What if I have more questions before I register? Most questions are answered on our website, starting with this FAQ. You can also email us at registration@netrootsnation.org, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Oregon House votes to protect consumers from data center power costs
The bill aims to shield residents and small businesses from the costs of new electricity plans and power lines built to serve data centers.
In the face of high energy costs, massive data centers should pay their fair share instead of making everyday Oregonians pick up the tab. The POWER Act will protect ratepayers and it just passed the Oregon House!
