Not much has changed legally, its mostly just unsubstantiated beliefs, like ICE is secretly kidnapping and putting people in concentration camps for example. Thats really absurd and unlikely, like 0.0001% chance stuff, but a lot of people think its happening GUARENTEED bc of the fear mongering.

Even if Trump got the voter rolls he's asking for from Minnesota, he cannot secretly manipulate elections. Voter rolls are maintained by the state and counties, with multiple redundant copies and paper records. Any direct alteration would be immediately detected.

Well the words are convincing people to repeatedly engage in physical alterations with law enforcement. so in theory, that could lead to more deaths just based on the law of averages let alone the agency. One might call it, suicide by cop, even.

Missing a deadline alone doesn't automatically mean someone defied the court. DOJ is far behind because of the massive volume and legal review required. That alone does not legally equate to somebody “breaking” a court order. The files will eventually be released, or then, youre right, its contempt.

By that standard, they could have just made the dealine later and gave more time. Since theyre in bed with Trump and all.
