My response was that if they come for me (white, relatively wealthy, suburban woman with a “professional” career) than we have already lost.

Ohio Attorney General seeks stay after appeals court overturns gender-affirming care ban The outcome of these legal battles will have implications for transgender adolescents in Ohio seeking gender-affirming medical care.

Last week, we filed a brief in the 10th District Court of Appeals, opposing the state's request that the injunction against HB 68 be delayed. Ohio's ban on gender affirming care violates at least 2 provisions of the Ohio Constitution.
