Exactly. The difference with Beto and DCL is that when he is clean through, I am up off my seat, disappointed if he doesn’t score. If DCL is clean through, I use it as an opportunity to pop for a wee.
The good thing is that the fares are going up next week so that’s at least something 👍🏻

I’ve had to use the trains twice in the past 2 months. On both occasions, there were train faults. Together with the overcrowding of a morning, the long queues to wait for 2 cardboard tickets in 2025 and the faults, it’s just not worth the stress.
Weirdly against Liverpool and Man Utd 🤔Who’d have thought it? The delay in awarding Beto’s goal v Utd was as inexplicable as the penalty being withdrawn.
👏🏻Keep on at them, Liam. Merseyrail have achieved the impossible and forced me back into the car after years of commuting. Totally unreliable and coupled with the antiquated system of queuing in the morning for two printed tickets, it’s an awful experience.
