I may have cried on the phone but I finally got my long term disability approved 🙌🏼

Feeling very disappointed with myself. Had multiple things planned for today and none of them worked out. Plus I had an opportunity for things to work out better and I didn’t take it. I don’t want to be like this anymore yet not asking for things is why I’m like this 🤦🏻‍♀️

May have found a new treatment for my nerve issues! Been a full week and I’ve barely started shaking again 🙌🏼

Sometimes its frustrating how slow recovery is. Doing better overall but going stir crazy is not helping my mental health. I need more things to do that don’t also drain the little energy I have

Finding the right people to help is so important but when you do, holy shit is there a lot of crap to unpack. I've known big change is coming and its a good thing but uncovering the truth is going to hurt like a bitch. Guess the good news is I'll probably start painting again to process it...

I just started it too and describing it as the gay hockey butt show is very accurate lol have fun!

I'm hoping to, I am currently on medical leave so it depends on how much I've recovered by then and how much I haven't blown by bank account because it doesn't look like insurance is going to pay for my leave :/

Might have gotten a friend to watch Wynonna Earp! She's going to look into it anyways but if she likes it she might even come to a con 🙌

Its really hard to heal from chronic health issues when insurance is constantly asking you to prove you are actually disabled. The irony being if I can't afford my current health plan, I'm going to have to quit altogether 🙃

I have a few friends who have one and really like it. I’m not sure if I’m going to do that or a mouth guard yet. The test was done in Oct, just got the results and the follow up is not until end of Feb. Got to love our health care 🙄 I’m going to see a dentist/physio in the meantime

This is a good thing because it means that I at least know part of why I have so much trouble breathing/there are ways to improve it

I officially have sleep apnea 🙌🏼

As hard as this year has been its always felt like its leading to something better. Last night proved that. Actually feeling hopeful heading into 2026 now 🎉
