Several guests are promoted, including anime soundtrack composer Yoko Kanno, English-language voice actors Eric Stuart and Veronica Taylor, director Akitaro Daichi, and, inexplicably, former New York mayor Rudy Guiliani.

reading the old, long out of print official scans for the Alien Nine manga, and losing my entire mind at this ad for an anime con that happened in 2003. If anyone on this site was, by some miracle, at Big Apple Anime Fest, I have to know what Rudy Giuliani said, since he was there apparently???
