Not that I forgot you existed but (okay I’m just awful at social media), but the transformation never stopped.

The health journey accelerated into both mental AND physical.

It’s a new me!

2nd week of not able to sleep more than 6 hours and feeling refreshed/energized/ready to go.

Where does this transformation end, not until I’m like super ultra jacked?!

Fuck diabetes, having 3 more hours in a day is something I’ve always wished for and they were right there.

Activity rings on iPhone which show five days of activity. Red ring is calories burned; Green is exercise time; Blue is hours stood. Here green is the most important one; four exercise rings are full, one is 2/5ths of the way full.

I always thought I wasn’t able to run or walk longer distances because of my genes, turns out it was the diabetes. I’ve always been strong but have had no stamina.

And now that has changed.

What’s like a good charity for diabetes; I feel like I’m not the only one who’s now realized my body wasn’t supposed to function like that with the elevated blood glucose levels.

Preferably Dutch based but international’s fine too, I wanna start doing some charity work for my fellow man.

Twitch vod storage being maxed out at 100 hours might be the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen them enforce.

Even went to a café after bringing the kids to school with a friend the other day; real life social things are happening too out of nowhere :)

And now the Fiesta’s around the corner as well; and I’m omega relaxed.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this chill in my entire life.

Coming to understand myself so much better this last year; my entire life changed in almost only 6 months.

Actively exercising, have (made) a much better work/life balance, spending lots of time with my kids and my wife & even my hobbies.

All things I thought never possible since I was a boy.

I guess not unimportant to mention is that I’ve been a content creator for over 10 years, primarily by streaming on Twitch.

I’ve done many live events as well, from showcasing speedruns to hosting stage performances; right now I’m kick starting my YouTube career with Diablo 4 content!

Speaking of MMOs, I am loving Diablo 4 right now and have sunk my claws into that as if my life depends on it, creating cool content and hoping to share some with y’all here!

PS: I also do a lot of retro gaming 😎

Another thing I love to brag about is my MMO track record; any MMO I’ve played, I always play at the highest level. Going from a top world ranking in Quake to many server 1sts in WoW; but most importantly clear Caer Sidi and ML10 with 2fg in DAoC in the old days!

I also wield a vanilla Thunderfury!
