FYI I started using a #CPAP machine and once I got past the stigma of having to sleep next to my wife wearing a weird mask, I started to see real results. I sleep better and longer than I have in a long time and I like the incubator feel of my fighter pilot gear. Don't fear the CPAP!

Every once in a while I get hit with this crazy thought that we actually reelected a criminal who tried to overturn the 2020 election and, while in office, told people that injecting bleach could stave off Covid... but that's just nuts, right?
