Pasta. The sweatpants of dinners.
I'm sorry ma'am, but your son perished on Kharg Island in a valiant effort to create Wii Bowling meme videos for the White House X account. In the face of danger, he was not cringe; he was based to his last breath. Please have this commemorative Epic Fury challenge coin. Yes that's Punisher, ma'am
Cade just hit one of the craziest shots you'll see all year, wow
The lack of whistle on 313 Day is disrespectful. #sportsball
Hi. We were all waiting for you.
(Danny from The Shining in a Grizzlies jersey) “RedRon, REDRON!!!”
Ron Holland doing Ron Holland Things™️
Happy 313 day to my fellow Detroiters. DvE
"I got my PhD by writing prompts instead of doing research, I'm winning"
got some bad news, there still no jobs and now you also know nothing
Darwin “Madame, this is now my water. Get your own.”
Like Huerter-Robinson-Cade-Holland-Stew in theory. Strong three point shooting with Stew and Ron balancing the mid defense of Huerter and Robinson. Fwiw I’ve been fine with Robinson and Huerter‘s D. Glad to see JB experimenting in the wind down of the regular season. #sportsball #Pistons
Moby Dick is great, I recommend a version with Rockwell Kent’s outstanding illustrations.
Idea: mandatory retirement age for Congress equivalent to the average U.S. life expectancy (79) so they actually care about improving it.
Randy and the Mob - absolutely not a feel good comedy, it is much funnier than that. Walton Goggins at his Walton Gogginsest.
I hope the BizDev shitheels who implemented this get fired. www.wired.com/story/gramma...
Never forget
The first week of US's war with Iran cost $6 billion, almost the same as the entire annual budget funding all scientific research via NSF
Pistons Qs - they lack shooting, but is this the sole reason their half court offense looks putrid sometimes? Is Daniss Jenkins being exposed now that there’s film and teams are paying attention? The team has good centers, but is lack of size a problem? Why no Huerter?
You‘ve (collective all involved) got good taste and you can’t teach taste.
When I worked in the SF section at Powell’s Books, my coworker in the section kept hard selling that series to me. I read the first one, and while beautiful in a literary way I just didn’t want to read another word by Mervin Peake ever again.
As a book dealer with 30 years in and around the biz, I can say this store is super dope and you should check it out.
It’s weird, but I don’t think it’s wrong. I’m on the opposite side of this - considered weird for not lifting a grody seat to stand and pee when I can sit on a seat designed for sitting and pee. Do all these seat fan guys sit to pee? I admire your friend’s consistency.
He’ll probably never give himself a hemorrhoid toilet scrolling, so that’s an upside.
Well, I’ve read that squatting more to drop a deuce is easier on the body, so it might work better. That said, the rim gets nasty AF. Whatever dude, you be you and these folks are overreacting imo
When I was a used book table buyer, I declined buying a lot of stolen books. One time I did this and 10 minutes later a guy in a suit came in with the same stolen books. I said they were stolen. His response, “But I got a great deal from a guy on the sidewalk and *I* didn’t steal them!” Same shit.
That was during peek teen movie going for me. Probably have to go with Princess Bride. But Full Metal Jacket, Robocop, Raising Arizona, Empire of the Sun, Matewan (!!!!), The Hidden - dear god indeed. That said, The Monster Squad is unwatchable due to 80s homophobia imo
Baby Adrian Pasdar!
