Trump's clearly been talking to Lord Glasman.
3. Restore staff members say "remigration" and mean it.
Harrison Pitt, Senior Fellow, "met with Martin Sellner and Renaud Camus merely days ago, two of the most outspoken Remigration activists inl Europe"
Sellner: ex-Nazi founder of Generation Identity

Looks like the penguins of the Heard Island and McDonald Islands have struck a deal to ease tariffs...
It's funny* because that's actually part of US strategy rn

Yep, helium and sulfur to name a few petrochemical exports which may seriously affect manufacturing sectors.
Energy (oil & gas) is just the main issue.
Yeah but something something Ed Miliband, apparently.
So many people I know have no idea. Its the core focus of this govt, the main area of spend and politically very salient.... and rarely features.
I'm not sure I'm mentally prepared for another week of such stupidity.
Good job we don't use energy for anything.
Now, let me just check on my massive AI supercomputer everyone's invested in...
Check out General MacArthur over here...
Fwiw, by "valid", I don't necessarily mean sensible. Arguably even allowing US forces to operate on UK bases is about as far as we should go, providing defensive anti-mine capabilities also maybe.
For me, and most sane people, this is by far the correct position for European countries to take.
Both for avoiding being implicated in whatever further chaos comes in the coming months, and for domestic popularity.
It's a valid argument to suggest it is in European economic & political interests somehow go along with this - Eu is much more economically exposed to volatile energy markets than the US, and Eu still believes it needs the US on side for Ukraine.
The latter may reach breaking point in coming months
Sorry but: read the two quoted posts. They're absolutely vile, racist hate and call for violence. Calling them out is the bare minimum, and no group on the receiving end of messages like that should be asked to say "thank you" to people calling them out. Insane double standard.
Even of that isn't entirely the case, and Europe agrees to lend support - even if they forge some diplomatic/military ability to 'open' the Strait - Trump is still waging economic war, and as Zelensky's experience has shown, providing help (including helping US assets) means nothing for Trump.
In terms of Europe answering Trump's pleas: for me, it's clear the more countries he can implicate in this the more he can blame for the economic/political fallout which is already occurring. The only 'off-ramp' he's willing to take is maximum scapegoating (regardless whether it works) 1/
The UK increasingly has the understanding of finance of a 5 year old seeing a parent take money from an ATM and deciding it's magic and you can always go back for more. In fact the 5 year old has a better understanding because they're not blaming the forruns for the ATM not doling out infinite cash.

This level of attrition for F1 reminds me of the old days of V10s, when half the field would often retire.

A truly record breaking England squad
46 points is the highest losing score (in 80 minutes) in international Test history.
That's the last time Gerry Adams places his faith on the English.
A 94 point final match, and an 82nd minute penalty to win the match and championship. Crazy.
