Because the implication is that this policy absolutely exists and trans people are just being unreasonable and overreacting. So I would like to hear it. What is the non-transphobic, not-harmful way that we can “come to a compromise” and completely stop the fascists simultaneously.

I keep seeing discourse where more centrist minded folks are taking offense that “just having concerns” is transphobic. I would love to hear an actual suggestion for a policy that would 1) not harm the trans community at all AND ALSO 2) appease the fascists in a way that will make them stop entirely
