Who decides what counts as dangerous?
Bia Labate challenges us to look at that framing. Risk and harm are not the same thing. And when we conflate them, without asking who is defining risk, for whom, and why. we end up with policies that protect prohibition, not people.

What does it mean to honor MLK’s legacy, beyond quotes, or a single day?
MLK called for a justice rooted in love, courage, and truth-telling - that transforms harmful systems and understands liberation as collective.
At Chacruna, we ask how healing can be ethical, inclusive, and accountable.
