Bluesky is already overrun with politics, and it functions too much like Twitter for me. I'll be hanging out at mewe.com more. It's far more like the FB platform. Has tighter security options, and can even opt out of ads if you want.

My 21 and 23 yo sons sling "Boomer!" at me like it's an insult. Of course it's not, but it bugs me that they refuse to even glance at the points creating #GenerationJones, which is 100% where I belong. I didn't do sock hops or at Woodstock. I was in discos, underaged, and lining up for Star Wars.

George, I'm terrified. I know the Senate isn't 100% MAGA. It's very close to being half and half, so I do have hope, but I'm absolutely terrified already.

Our next door neighbor's piano is in their room closest to our bedroom window. He plays beautifully. Whenever I hear him, I turn off the TV and stuff in here and just listen.
