Not that complicated: 2 days Sprint, 2 days Allround but usually not in the same place in the same weekend. Sprint is 2x500 and 2x1000. Allround is 500, 1500, 3k, 5k for women and 500, 1500, 5k and 10k for men. Skaters earn points per distance. Most points win. (And yes, medals per distance too)
