Wee Nemo is getting braver by the day!!!
We could have that discussion but I wouldn’t want to distract from finding out more about your original statement - could we focus on that first?
It’s the “giving” part that’s unacceptable babes … why should we have to wait to be given anything?
Explain that one to me? I mean roll that thought out five years and really explain it … I’m curious!!
That’s a birthday worthy of celebration xx
I love a nice knitted sock - what are you thinking of making next?
So in today’s episode of “Finding Nemo” …
Wee ginger kitten is out from under the library cupboards and is actually being scritched and purred by my big kid who has always been the cat whisperer.
Now I am sure he will hide out again today - but he is eating and drinking and being petted! WIN
Plan B with my ranunculus sweater - my youngest has fallen in love with it and has managed to find another ball of yarn to make it even longer!
They will get so much more use out of a longer length pretty apricot sweater.
So …Ripped back the twisted rib and adding another 100g of length onto it!
Sick - the kids brought a lovely cold variant home from school - feeling rotten x
Snuffling:
Yeah - I did to the split for the sleeves and did a couple of rounds then did the sleeves and used the last of the yarn to go down the body till it ran out xx
Just got to weave in a few ends and block to tidy up the yarn a little bit
BUT
MY ranunculus sweater is done!!!
Whew - cast off with 40cm to spare
Uh Oh!!
#yarnchicken
twisted rib that my granny taught me - knit through the back of the loop then purl. Just makes it a little tighter, more defined and I think neater xx
Still snuffling and as it’s chucking it down outside I am not in the garden.
Sat and completed the second sleeve of my ranunculus sweater though so only a few more inches of body and a waistband to go and it will be done!
Off to have a call for a new project with an old colleague xx
We have time - and patience! As long as he is eating and drinking I am happy to leave him to be brave in his own time xx
In today’s episode of “Finding Nemo”!!!
The Ginger one is still under the library units BUT ….
Good wee lad has eaten all his supper, a handful or crunchies and drunk up a good bit of water.
Litter box has also been used so I call that “proof of life”
Bit random?
Full of a cold today - but I did finish one sleeve and cuff on my ranunculus sweater.
Off for a wee lie down and another paracetamol!
No - he is just new to us and fresh off a farm and feral … patience and time will tell x
I think I once cat say his brother LOL
Oh he’s being totally ignored. As long as he is eating, drinking and using his box he can take all the time he needs xx
Well we have “found Nemo” again - still under the library units
He ate wet food, crunchies and water and used his litter box overnight so happy for him to keep hiding till he’s ready to come out.
Found under library units xx
Wee buggar has found himself a hidey hole under my library units!!
Nemo is living up to his name …
Well that bloody cat is well named!!
Had a huge breakfast and hasn’t been seen for 4 hours or so - don’t know where the wee beggar is hiding!
That is a distinguished gentleman xx
He’s a climber - so hopefully he will love the cat tree
Ginger babies really are - all kittens are but there is something about a wee orange face xx
