Facebook is more like an advertising platform that allows users to share their drama between ads. I only use it for the family members and a couple of old friends who use Messenger for some reason.

There's too many apps, with mostly the same people on every app, so it turns into seeing the same content from platform to platform. I've been considering narrowing my own posts' themes per app. Maybe I won't post photos here because it favors text.

This Thanksgiving, I challenged myself to make Hilly's Pumpkin Caramel Pie (milkbarstore.com/blogs/recipe...). I'd never made a pie from scratch before. My guests and I were really pleased with the result!
